Our job in JAAIDS can be summarized in two words-effective communication. By that we mean initiating a communication process that brings about behaviour change not just amongst the populace but within the policy environment.
To achieve this, we have design cutting edge projects, which are both knowledge impacting and skills building for media professionals in the reporting of HIV/AIDS issues.
Our target is that these communication and advocacy efforts create a system for developing redemptive albeit sustainalble intervention programmes that would advance the national AIDS response.
